Bourbon Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
- ketchup - 1 3/4 cup
- brown sugar - 1/3 cup
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 T
- garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- bourbon - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1/2 t
- pepper - to desired taste
- boneless pork roast - 4 pounds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot, stir, add pork, turning to coat. Cook on high for 1 hour, reduce heat to low and cook for 7 hours. Remove pork and shred, return pork to crock pot, stir, continue cooking for 1 hour. Serve on your favorite bun. Garnish with slaw, pickles, onions, etc.
