Grilled Brats
Ingredients:
- bratwurst, any flavor - 1 pound
- bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces - 2
- zucchini, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1
- yellow squash, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1
- red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1
- button mushrooms - 1 pint
- cherry tomatoes - 1 pint
- BBQ sauce - 2 cups
Instructions:
Soak 6 - 10 inch bamboo skewers, in water for 30 min.
Thread meat and vegetables of your liking on bamboo skewers, alternating vegetables and bratwurst; set aside until ready to cook.
Cook on preheated grill over medium heat, until vegetables are tender and bratwurst is hot. Cook for 5 minutes, then baste with BBQ sauce, baste once more just before they come off the grill.
