Grilled Chicken Pineapple Sausage Kabobs
Ingredients:
- allspice - 1 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 1/2 tsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Kabobs
- chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes - 3 pounds
- sausage links, cut into 1 inch cubes - 4 links
- fresh pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes - 3 cups
Instructions:
Soak wooden skewers, in water for 30 minutes
Prepare spice mix -- in a large bowl, combine all spices. Add chicken; gently toss to coat.
Assemble kabobs -- thread coated chicken, sausage and pineapple on skewers.
Place kabobs on a preheated medium-high heat grill. Turn occasionally until chicken is cooked and pineapple and sausage is browned; about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
