Horseradish Cream
Ingredients:
- prepared horseradish - 1/2 cup
- cream, whipped - 1 cup
- shallot, peeled, chopped fine - 1
- lemon, zest, juice - 1
- extra virgin olive oil - 1 T
- Kosher salt - pinch
- fresh cracked pepper - pinch
Instructions:
In a cold bowl, whip cream until it forms soft peaks.
Fold in remaining ingredients together; season with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite meat or a garnish for sandwiches.
