2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 package Onion Soup Mix
1/2 c ketchup
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Place into greased cupcake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes then add topping.
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T mustard
In a bowl combine topping ingredients and mix well. Place a spoonful of topping on each meat loaf and bake for 10 minutes.
