No Peek Baked Beef Tips
Ingredients:
- cubed stew meat - 2 pounds
- brown gravy mix - 1 envelope
- onion soup mix - 1 envelope
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- water - 1 cup
Instructions:
Place meat in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In a bowl, mix together gravy mix, soup mix, soup and water; pour over the meat. Cover pan tightly with foil.
Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 3 hours. DO NOT UNCOVER during baking process. Remove serve over noodles, potatoes, toasted biscuits, rice, etc.
