Sirloin Roast
Ingredients:
- Sirloin Tip Roast - 2 1/2 lb
- Kosher Salt - 2 t
- Olive Oil - 1½ T
- Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
- Oregeno - 2 t
- Basil - 2 t
- Pepper - 1 t
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes - 1½ t
Instructions:
Mix together - oregano, basil, crushed red pepper flakes and pepper.
Evenly salt the roast the day before you’re going to cook it. Tightly wrap the roast in plastic wrap, then put in refrigerator.
