Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Ingredients:
- lean ground beef - 2 pounds
- Onion Soup Mix - 1 envelope
- Italian Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
- egg - 1
- milk - 1/4 cup
- flour - for dredging
- cream of mushroom soup - 2 cans
- Au Juis mix - 1 package
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, egg and milk. Form mixture into 8 patties. Dredge patties in flour to coat.
In a skillet, brown patties on both sides (patties will finish cooking in the slow cooker). Place browned patties into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, prepare Au Juis mixture per package directions; stir in soup. Pour mixture over the patties. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours, or until beef is done
