Slow Cooker Shredded Beef
Ingredients:
- boneless roast beef - 3 - 3 1/2 pounds
- beef broth - 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 T
- Montreal Steak Seasoning - 1 T
Instructions:
Place roast beef in the slow cooker. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire over the top of the roast, sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Cook for 4 hours on high setting or 6 - 8 hours on low. When roast is done shred apart, return meat to slow cooker set on warm for 1 hour. Serve as a main dish or on your favorite buns, etc.
