Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients:
- lean pork roast - 2 - 3 pounds
- sugar - 1 cup
- white vinegar - 1/2 cup
- soy sauce - 4 T
- ketchup - 4 T
- crushed pineapple, drained - 20 ounce can
Instructions:
In a skillet brown roast on all sides, place in crock pot. In a bowl mix remaing ingredients together and pour over the meat. Cover, cook on low for 4 - 6 hours or until tender. Every hour or so spoon the sauce over the meat.
Remove meat, thickened sauce with a little cornstarch and water. Slice meat, spoon sauce over top with a side of rice, noodles, etc.
