Corn Dog Muffins
Ingredients:
- Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix plus ingredients listed on box - 8.5 ounce box
- honey - 1 T
- hot dogs, each cut into 5 pieces - 4
Instructions:
Coat the wells of a mini muffin pan with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare muffin mix per directions on box, add honey to batter. Fill each well with 1/2 T batter. Press hot dog into each well; top with 1 t batter, covering the hot dog.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 - 15 min until golden brown. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then remove. Serve with ketchup, syrup, etc.
