Apple Snicker Pie
Ingredients:
- graham cracker pie crust - 1
- green apples, diced, sprinked with lemon juice - 3
- caramel ice cream topping - 1/4 cup
- mini Snickers, chopped - 15 - 20
- Cool Whip, thawed - 2 1/2 cups
- sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 cup
- cream cheese, softened - 4 ounce
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together Cool Whip, condensed milk and cream cheese; stir in apples and snickers. Pour mixture into pie crust, place in refrigerator for 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. To serve drizzle caramel on serving plate, place a slice of pie on plate, sprinkle top with chopped Snickers. Best served the day prepared.
