1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 c cold milk
2-3 bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 c whipping cream
1/4 c powdered sugar
Make your favorite pie crust or use store bought. Roll dough out and with a pizza cutter, cut dough roughly into 1 1/2 inch squares. Place dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Prick each piece a few times with a fork. Bake at 400°F for 11-13 minutes, or until browned on the edges. Remove from oven and cool completely.
In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Whip cream and powdered sugar into stiff peaks (or use cool whip)
Pipe 1/2 t of chilled pudding onto each pie crust piece.
Place a banana slice on top of the pudding. Then pipe 1 1/2 t of pudding on each banana slice.
With a star tip pipe about 1 1/2 t of whipped cream onto each pie. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Other flavor of puddings and fruit can be used.
