pie crust dough for a 9 inch pie pan
Place dough into a 9 inch pan, crimp edges of dough and prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
2 c fresh blueberries
In a bowl whisk until smooth sugar, flour, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour into pie shell.
4 T butter (melted)
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
3/4 c quick oats
In a bowl combine and mix butter, brown sugar, flour and oats. Sprinkle over blueberry filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm with ice cream
