3 c brown sugar
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 c margarine (melted, slightly cooled)
3 eggs, beaten well
1 t vanilla
1 c milk
1 deep dish pie crust (store purchased or your favorite recipe)
Place pie crust in pie pan.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and salt. Break up any clumps of brown sugar. In another bowl, mix together and beat well the melted margarine, eggs, vanilla and milk. Add wet mixture to brown sugar mixture and blend well. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes for a deep-dish crust, or until set (a little wobble in the middle). COOL COMPLETELY before slicing.
