Butter Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- graham cracker pie crust - 1 - 9 OR 10 inch
- heavy cream - 2 cups
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- pecans, toasted - 1 1/2 cups
- butter, melted - 3 T
- maple syrup - 1 T
Instructions:
In a cold bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form.. Fold in condensed milk, pecans, butter and maple syrup. Spread mixture into graham cracker crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 6 hours, or until set. To serve, place slices on serving plates, drizzle with caramel topping. If desired, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
