Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients:
- sugar - 1 1/4 cups
- buttermilk - 1 cup
- butter, melted - 1/3 cup
- vanilla extract - 1 t
- eggs - 3
- Bisquick - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in the center of a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
