3 c vanilla ice cream, soften
1 1/4 c chopped pitted fresh or frozen cherries, divided
9-inch chocolate-cookie pie crust
2 T mini chocolate chips
In a bowl gently combine ice cream and 1 c cherries. Spread into crust, garnish with 1/4 c cherries and chocolate chips. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
