Chocolate Milkshake Pie
Ingredients:
- vanilla ice cream, slightly softened - 1 pint
- milk - 3/4 cup
- chocolate syrup - 1/4 cup
- instant chocolate pudding - 1 package
- graham cracker pie crust - 9 inch
- whipped cream - for garnish
- maraschino cherries, patted dry - for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, stir together ice cream, milk and chocolate syrup until smooth. Add pudding mix, stir until thoroughly combined. Evenly pour into pie crust.
Place in freezer for 6 hours, or until firm. Slice pie into 8 slices, garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped cream, place cherry on top of whipped cream; serve immediately
