1 pie crust from your favorite recipe
1 c Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa , sifted
3/4 c light brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
1 t kosher salt
7 eggs
2 t vanilla
Place pie crust in 9″ pie pan.
In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Beat on low until ingredients are combined and then on medium until smooth and glossy, 45-60 seconds.
Pour batter into crust and bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until center is set.
Remove from oven, place on wire rack and cool before slicing. Serve with a dip of vanilla ice cream, drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream, top with a maraschino cherry.
