Dark Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- ready made graham cracker crust or prepare your own - 1
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- sweetened dark chocolate, chopped OR chocolate chips - 1 1/2 cups
- heavy cream OR milk - 1/3 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Melt chocolate and cream together, stir until smooth, creating a chocolate ganache; set aside 1/4 c for drizzle on top.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar, add chocolate ganache, mix until combined. With mixer on low speed add Cool Whip, pour filling into crust. Drizzle soften 1/4 c ganache over top. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
