Easy Fudge Pie
Ingredients:
- evaporated milk - 2/3 cup
- semisweet chocolate chips - 6 ounces
- butter - 2 T
- sugar - 1 cup
- flour - 2 T
- eggs, lightly whisk together - 2 large
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- Kosher salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 cup
- unbaked pie shell - 1 - 9 inch
Instructions:
Melt together evaporated milk, chocolate chips and butter, whisk until melted and smooth. Whisk sugar and flour into chocolate mixture. Add eggs, whisk just until blended. Whisk in vanilla and salt; stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Cool for 10 minutes, serve with ice cream.
