3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c flaked coconut
1/2 c butter, melted
1 T white vinegar
1 t vanilla
pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients together. Pour filling into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool and set before slicing.
If desired serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
