Grandma Jo's French Pie
Ingredients:
- Vanilla Wafers (crushed) - 1 lb.
- Powdered Sugar - 2 1/2 cups
- Egg (beaten light) - 1
- Butter (very soft) - 1/2 cup
- Crushed Pineapple (drained) - 1 large can
- Cool Whip - 2 cups
Instructions:
Cream powdered sugar, butter and egg until really soft. Put 1/2 of the wafers in bottom of oblong cake pan and spread butter mixture on crumbs. Put drained pineapple on top and then cool whip on top of pineapple. Sprinkle rest of wafer crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight.
