Hawaiian Delight
Ingredients:
- graham cracker crust - 2
- sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
- lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- crushed pineapple, drained - 16 ounce can
- coconut - 1 cup
- chopped pecans - 1 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Beat milk and lemon juice, stir in pineapple, coconut and pecans. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 2 graham cracker pie crusts. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
