Heath Bar Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- Oreo cookies, crushed fine - 25
- butter, melted - 6 T
- Heath Bar OR Toffee ice cream, softened - 1 1/2 quarts
- miniature Heath Bars, crumbled into small pieces - 12 ounce bag
- hot fudge ice cream topping - for topping
- caramel ice cream topping - for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss together Oreo's and butter with a fork. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
Spread ice cream evenly over the crust. Sprinkle crumbled Heath bars over ice cream. Cover and place in the freezer for 2 - 4 hours or until ice cream is solid.
Serve with caramel and hot fudge drizzled over the top.
