Kahlua Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- pie shell, unbaked - 9 inch
- butter - 1/4 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 t
- flour - 2 T
- eggs - 3
- Kahlua - 1/2 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1 1/4 c
Instructions:
In a bowl cream butter, sugar, vanilla and flour until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, milk and pecans, mix well. Pour filling into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, until center is firm.
