Million Dollar Pie
Ingredients:
- graham cracker crust - 2 - 9 inch
- Filling --
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- crushed pineapple, drained - 10 ounce can
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- lemon juice - 2 T
- coconut - 1/2 cup
- chopped pecans - 1/2 cup
- Garnish --
- coconut - 1/4 cup
- chopped pecans - 1/4 cup
- maraschino cherries - 1 jar
Instructions:
In a bowl, fold all filling ingredients together. Divide filling between the 2 pie crust. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over top. Garnish maraschino cherries.
Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
