1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 T instant coffee crystals
1/4 hot water
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 t vanilla
1 c chopped walnuts
In pan over low heat melt butter and chocolate. Dissolve coffee crystals in hot water, stir in milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir in butter-chocolate mixture, mix well. Pour into pie shell. Top with walnuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes till center is set.
Serve warm or cool with ice cream or whipped cream.
