Mud Pie
Ingredients:
- semi-sweet chocolate, melted - 3 ounces
- sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 cup
- Oreo Pie Crust - 1
- chopped pecans, toasted - 1/2 cup
- instant chocolate pudding - 2 - 3.9 ounce boxes
- cold milk - 2 cups
- Cool Whip, thawed, divided - 8 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together chocolate and condensed milk; pour into crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Whisk together pudding and milk for 2 min.; spoon 1 1/2 cups over nuts. Stir half the Cool Whip into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust. Spread remaining cool whip over top.
Place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
