Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
Ingredients:
- graham cracker pie crust - 1
- Oreo cookies, crushed - 12
- Reese's Peanut butter Cups, cut up - 10
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- peanut butter - 1/2 cup
- instant chocolate pudding - 1 small package
- milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Place half of the Oreo's in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar; fold in half the Cool Whip. Spoon mixture over the Oreo's. Spread half of the Reese's over the peanut butter filling.
Mix together pudding and milk, let set 5 minutes. Spoon over the Peanut Butter Cups.
Spread remaining cool whip over the chocolate pudding. Sprinkle remaining Oreo's and Peanut Butter Cups over top. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
