Snickers Pie
Ingredients:
- pie crust - 1
- Snickers Candy Bars, cut into 1/4 inch pieces - 5 - 2.07 ounce
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- creamy cheese, softened - 12 ounces
- eggs - 2
- sour cream - 1/3 cup
- cream peanut butter - 1/3 cup
- whipping cream - 3 T
- milk chocolate chips - 2/3 cup
Instructions:
Place pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan, bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove, cool. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Place cut candy bars over crust. In a bowl beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and peanut butter, beat until smooth. Spoon mixture over candy bars. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, until center is set. Cool completely.
In a saucepan warm whipping cream, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips stir until melted and smooth, spread over pie. Place in refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
