1 1/4 c crushed pretzels
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c margarine, melted
In bowl, combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Press mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 8 or 9 inch spring form pan. Place in refrigerator. Prepare filling —
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c frozen concentrated margarita mix, thawed
10 ounce package frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed
1 c whipped cream
fresh strawberries for garnish
In a bowl, beat margarita mix and sweetened condensed milk, until smooth. Add strawberries and blend well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into the crust. Place in freezer for 4 – 6 hours, until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving. Garnish with strawberries. Store in freezer.
