Summer Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
- strawberry Jell-o - 3 ounce box
- boiling water - 2 cups
- instant vanilla pudding - 5.1 ounce box
- milk - 1 1/2 cups
- graham cracker pie crusts - 2 - 9 inch
- fresh strawberries, cleaned, cut in half - 1 quart
- bananas, sliced - 2
- fresh peaches, pealed, sliced into wedges - 4
- fresh blueberries, washed - 1 pint
- Cool Whip - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Prepare fruit, place in pie crusts.
In a bowl, add boiling water to Jell-O; stir to dissolve.
In a bowl, mix together pudding and milk together. Add Jell-o mixture, mix until smooth. Pour half of the mixture over each pie.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Before serving, top slices with dollops of cool whip, garnish with fresh fruit.
