Banana Split Fluff
Ingredients:
- instant banana pudding - 3.4 ounce box
- crushed pineapple, do not drain - 20 ounce can
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- mini marshmallows - 1 cup
- finely chopped walnuts, divided - 1/2 cup plus 1 - 2 T
- mini chocolate chips, divided - 1/2 cup plus 1 - 2 T
- bananas, sliced - 2
- maraschino cherries, drained, cut in half - 10 ounce jar
Instructions:
In a bowl, stir together dry pudding mix, crushed pineapple and juice until dissolved and thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Gently stir in marshmallows, 1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, bananas and cherries.
Garnish top with 1 - 2 T chopped nuts, 1 - 2 T chocolate chips and a whole maraschino cherry.
Cover, place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.
