Butterfinger Apple Salad
Ingredients:
- instant vanilla pudding - 3.4 ounce box
- milk - 1 1/2 cups
- peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounce container
- Butterfinger candy bars, chopped - 12 fun size (2 cups)
- Granny Smith apples, skin on, cored, diced - 5 large OR 7 small
Instructions:
In a bowl whisk together pudding mix and milk; let set up for about 5 minutes. Whisk in peanut butter (removing as many lumps out as possible).
Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture, stir in 1 1/2 cups Butterfingers and apples. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Before serving garnish with remaining Butterfinger crumbs. Best served the day prepared.
