In bowl combine
2 chicken breast halves, cooked, cooled and diced
2 apples (diced)
1/2 red onion (diced)
1/4 c dried cranberries
In another bowl combine –
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c plain yogurt
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together and stir into bowl of diced ingredients.
