Creamy Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- shaped pasta, your choice - 1/2 box
- broccoli, chopped - 1 head
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 cup
- mini pepperoni, - 1/2 package
- Monterey Jack cheese snack sticks, cut into chunks - 8
- carrots, chopped - 3 medium
- bottled Ranch dressing OR 1 packet dry ranch dressing, prepared per directions on packet -
Instructions:
Cook pasta per directions on the box, drain, run cold water over pasta to cool it. Make sure pasta is completely dry.
In a bowl combine broccoli, peas, pepperoni, cheese and carrots, add pasta. Stir in desired amount of Ranch dressing. Chill before serving.
