Crunchy Grape Salad
Ingredients:
- seedless grapes - 3 pounds
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2 T
- vanilla - 2 t
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2 T
Instructions:
Wash grapes, remove from stems, dry; set aside. In a large bowl, blend until smooth cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Carefully fold grapes into cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture in a 9 × 13 inch dish. Store in refrigerator.
In a bowl blend pecans and 2 T brown sugar together. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top of grape mixture.
