3 cucumbers (peeled, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
1 onion (sliced and separate into rings)
2-3 tomatoes (cut into wedges)
In a large bowl combine cucumbers, onion and tomatoes.
1/2 c vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1 c water
1/4 c olive oil
2 t salt
1 t pepper dill
In a bowl mix dressing ingredients together, pour over vegetables and toss, make sure everything is coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
