Fresh Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- fresh pineapple - 1 whole
- canaloupe - 1 whole
- mangos, peeled - 4
- fresh strawberries - 2 pounds
- seedless green grapes - 4 cups
- fresh blueberries - 1 1/2 cups
- powdered sugar - 3 - 5 cups to desired sweetness
Instructions:
Cut pineapple, cantaloupe, mango and strawberries into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Add 3 cups powdered sugar stir until the powdered sugar mixes with the fruit juices. Stir in additional powdered sugar till desired sweetness is achieved.
