Fruit Salad with Vanilla Yogurt
Ingredients:
- vanilla yogurt - 1 cup
- sugar - 1/3 cup
- brown sugar - 1/3 cup
- mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- lemon juice - 2 T
- cinnamon - 1/2 t
- apples, diced (your choice) - 4
- pear, diced - 1
- celery, diced - 1 stalk
- slivered almonds - 1/2 cup
- copped walnuts - 1/2 cup
- seedless grapes, halved (red, green or combination) - 2 cups
Instructions:
Prepare dressing -- in a bowl, stir together yogurt, sugar, brown sugar, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cinnamon. Place in refrigerator while you prepare the salad ingredients.
Prepare salad -- in a bowl, stir together apples, pear, celery stalk, almonds, walnuts, and grapes red.
Pour dressing over salad ingredients and gently stir to coat.
