German Cucumber Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
- cucumber - 1
- tomato - 1 medium or large
- onion - 2 slices
- lemon juice - 2 - 4 t - to desired taste
- dill - 1/2 - 3/4 t - to desired taste
- salt - pinch
Instructions:
Peel and slice cucumber, slice tomato cut slices in half and slice onion, cut in quarters. In a bowl, combine dill and salt, stir in sour cream and lemon juice; mix well. Add onion, cucumber and tomato stir until the vegtables are coated with the dressing.
