Grape and Nut Salad
Ingredients:
- green seedless grapes, washed, stemmed - 2 cups
- red seedless grapes, washed, stemmed - 2 cups
- sour cream - 8 ounces
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract - 2 t
- packed dark brown sugar - 1 cup
- chopped pecans - 1 cup
- chopped walnuts - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together until smooth, sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Stir in grapes, pour into serving bowl.
Prepare topping -- in a bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans and walnuts. Sprinkle topping over top of grapes.
Cover, place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
