2 large garlic cloves, crushed to a fine paste
1 T chopped fresh basil or 2 t dried basil
1 t salt
1 t freshly ground black pepper
¼ t onion powder
1 T dried Mediterranean or Greek oregano leaves
1 t white sugar
1 t chopped fresh mint
2-3 T lemon juice
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T water
1 t Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a blender, on low speed, slowly blend in – 1 c Greek extra virgin olive oil or Italian olive oil
Serve with Greek Salad.
