Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
- Macaroni Shells - 1 lb (cooked, drained)
- Carrots - 4 (grated)
- Green Pepper - 1 (chopped)
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Celery - 1 cup (cut up)
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Sugar - 1 cup
- White Vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip - 2 cups
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Instructions:
Put macaroni and vegetables in a large bowl. Combine sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
