Mandarin Cookie Salad
Ingredients:
- instant vanilla pudding - 3 ounce box
- milk - 1 cup
- crushed pineapple, WELL drained - 20 ounce can
- mandarin oranges - 10 ounce can
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- Keebler Fudge Striped cookies - 1/2 package
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together pudding and milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, fold in fruit. Cover, place in refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours. Break cookies into pieces, gently fold into salad. Serve the day it is made. Does not keep well.
