Pasta Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
- romaine lettuce, chopped - 8 c
- ditalini pasta, cooked al dente and cooled - 4 c
- red cabbage, finely chopped - 4 c
- tomtoes, diced - 1 c
- scallions, diced - 1/2 c
- bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled - 1/2 c
- blue cheese, crumbled - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- sugar - 3 T
- brown spicy mustard - 1 1/2 T
- honey - 1 1/2 T
- salt - 1 t
- fresh cracked pepper -
Instructions:
Place lettuce, pasta, cabbage, tomatoes, scallions, bacon and blue cheese in a bowl; toss to combine.
Prepare dressing -- In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, sugar, mustard, honey and salt pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve with fresh cracked black pepper.
