2 1/2 – 3 lbs chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
3/4 c ketchup
1 1/4 c barbecue sauce (your choice of flavor)
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 T light brown sugar
1/2 c Vidalia onion, chopped (you choice)
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 – 1/2 t red pepper flakes
Spray crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. When chicken is done remove from crock pot and shred. Place in bowl and mix in some sauce . Serve on your favorite buns. Use extra sauce for dipping.
