Bacon Guacamole Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- bacon - 2 slices
- sour dough bread - 2 slices
- shredded jack and cheddaar cheese - 1/2 cup
- guacamole, room temperature - 2 T
- crushed tortilla chip - 1 T
Instructions:
Fry bacon until crispy, drain on paper towel; set aside.
Butter one side of each slice of bread, sprinkle half of the cheese onto the non buttered side of one slice of bread, top with the guacamole, bacon, tortilla chips, remaining cheese and the other slice of bread with the buttered side up.
In a skillet, grill over medium heat until golden brown and cheese has melted, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
